• New customers will have to complete an initial overnight trial period
  We do this to ensure all dogs are happy and settled before coming for an extended stay
• Overnight trials are only available outside school holiday seasons on a Monday – Thursday night at a cost of £70
• During this time, we spend a lot of extra 1:1 time with your dog to get them used to us and the environment
• We’ll give updates on how they are getting on and a full report on collection
• Owners need to be local and available for the duration of the trial incase your dog isn’t settling as well as we’d have hoped
• Payments for trials are due within 24 hours of the payment request
• Any payments not received may result in trial dates being released
• All payments are requested by email link
• Payments are non-refundable & non-transferable

A few things to be aware of before we can book you in for an overnight trial

• Is your dog up to date with annual boosters and have they had the Kennel Cough vaccine within the last 12 months?
• Please note the Kennel Cough vaccine has an incubation period, therefore dogs cannot can come into the kennels until the incubation
  period is over (2-3weeks). We cannot allow any dogs under any circumstances into the kennels without being fully vaccinated
• We cannot book any holiday stays until they have completed their overnight stay. We highly recommend doing this sooner rather than
  later to avoid losing any potential dates required
• Unfortunately we do not accept the following breeds:-
  – XL Bullies
  – Japanese Tosa
  – Dogo Argentino/Cane Corso
  – Fila Brasileiro
  – Pit Bull Terrier
